Myakka River Elementary

We welcome and encourage parents, family members, and community members to work together with us to make our school better. Volunteers can assist in the classroom, help in the Media Center, provide clerical assistance to our paraprofessionals and teachers, and provide one-on-one attention to students with special needs.  If you are interested in being a volunteer, please visit the Charlotte County Public Schools website or stop by our office to fill out the form.  In accordance with School Board policy, all volunteers must complete an application prior to assisting at school and have a valid driver’s license or Florida ID to be run through the RAPTOR system.
