Safety Patrol

Our carefully selected 5th Safety Patrols are on campus first thing in the morning and at the end of the day, making sure everything is running smoothly.  In the morning, they can be seen helping students out of cars, directing foot traffic, helping in the cafeteria with the tremendous breakfast crowd, and assisting in the Media Center.  In the afternoon, our Safety Patrols help load students safely into their cars at dismissal, help kindergarten and pre-k students, and make sure every class is out of our building so buses can begin bringing students home.

Mighty Mentors

The Mighty Mentors are a group of students who were nominated by their teachers to participate in the program.  The mentors work with students in kindergarten, first, and second.  Students work with their assigned mentees to help them work through various challenges in the classroom.  Mentors meet with their assigned student weekly, checking in on their mentee's progress.  The program builds lasting friendships between the students, while producing more responsible individuals who care for others and their school community.
